“My Menstruation, My Pride; Menopause, No Shame” seeks to normalize conversations around menstrual health and menopause. Our goal is to empower women and girls with knowledge, improve access to essential resources, and create a supportive environment where they can embrace their reproductive health with confidence and dignity.
