Postcard + Email Writing Night

Join us for a powerful evening of civic action! We’ll come together to write postcards and emails to our state and federal representatives about the issues that matter most to our community—from healthcare and education to civil rights and voting access.

We’ll provide everything you need: postcards, pens, sample messages, contact info for your reps, and guidance on current legislation impacting Alabama residents. Make sure to bring a laptop or tablet if you plan on emailing the representatives.

Because your voice matters. Whether you’re speaking out against injustice or calling for change, consistent, respectful communication with your lawmakers makes a difference.

Time: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (you don't have to stay the whole time. come and go as you please!)

Location: Mural City Coffee, Dothan, AL - we will be using the tables and couches upstairs, outside of the conference room.

Cost: Free – just bring your passion and maybe a friend!
