Dal 1988, Andrea Brugnera è un punto di riferimento nella scena musicale trevigiana. Dopo le prime esperienze al Quark di Treviso con Gianluca Durante e Francesco Zennaro, ha affinato il suo stile spaziando dall'afro anni '80 al funk e disco anni '70, fino a sperimentazioni elettroniche e Italo Disco.

Dal 2018, gli Evolution 80 portano sul palco l'energia travolgente della ItaloDisco e del pop internazionale, collaborando con leggende come Johnson Righeira, Ivana Spagna e Tracy Spencer.
