Krautwave

KRATZEN spielen nur das Nötigste. Repetitiv – motorisch – stoisch – reduziert. KRATZEN verbinden Krautrock & New Wave. Sie nennen es Krautwave. KRATZEN sind eine der wunderbaren Entdeckungen vom Orange Blossom Special Festival. Melanie Graf, Thomas Mersch und Stefanie Staub sind KRATZEN.

2017 gegründet, hat das Trio inzwischen drei Longplayer veröffentlicht. Am 17.Januar’25 erschien das neuste Werk der Kölner Band – wieder als handgestempeltes, limitiertes Vinyl. Produziert wurde “III” wie schon das Vorgängeralbum “zwei” (2022) von Olaf Opal (ua Notwist, International Music).
