The Deep Reset

Rachel & Lucy warmly welcome you into this gentle safe space. We feel so much that 2025 has been fast paced for self growth and development. Many finding they feel everything more deeply in their bodies than ever before and that mindset, perception and intentions are shifting and birthing at a pace that whilst enlightening and inviting can also mean we need extra care to tend to ourselves.

This session is a workshop suitable / adapatable for all. We will be working gently and carefully with simple somatic style movement and breathwork to reset and soothe the nervous system. You will be lovingly guided through exquisite meditations to support and activate your continued growth and emergence.

As you then cosy up in blankets and relax, you will each receive a beautiful healing as we invite high frequency nurturing and transformational energy in and bring that to you during your meditation to enhance your experience.

Rachel and Lucy are highly experienced practitioners and we adore holding space for sacred, grounding self connection events.
