Join us for a peaceful Picnic & Protest to call attention to the ongoing crisis in Dorset’s SEND system.
Too many children with special educational needs and disabilities are still being let down—denied their legal right to an education, left without suitable school places, and pushed to the margins. Children like Charlotte, who still doesn’t have a school place, and hundreds more across Dorset.
This event is:

You do not have to be a SEND parent or carer to attend—everyone who believes in equality and inclusion is welcome. If you’re a friend, family member, professional, or simply someone who cares, your presence makes a powerful statement of solidarity.
We’ll be gathering outside County Hall to show Dorset Council that our community is visible, united, and determined to see real change.
