Come and join us for Druming For Healing in June, where we will celebrate the Summer Solstice and the joy of the longest day. Past workshops have been themed around drumming in circle, play, as well as cleansing and cleaning. This time we will look to bring in the energy of celebration!
As ever, the workshop will still have a focus on healing - for yourself, for others, and for Mother Earth.
Step out of your busy mind and into place of calm, clarity and connection. During the session you’ll anchor into the present moment, ground into your body, and access healing for mind, body and spirit.
The drum naturally clears away stagnant energy, and brings things to the surface for acknowledgement and release. You will be held in safe space to go as deep as you are called to, so that you leave feeling brighter, clearer, and reinvigorated.
You’ll learn more about shamanic drumming processes that will offer therapeutic benefits and also help you deepen your connection with the spirit realm.
For this workshop you can expect:
~ a drum journey to set intentions and invite in our healing guides
~ drumming in circle
~ partner work for targeting healing
You may finish the workshop feeling calm and relaxed; you may feel invigorated and refreshed. Either way, you will leave lighter, brighter and clearer than when you arrived.
Suitable for beginners through to seasoned drummers; you're welcome to bring your own drum or borrow one of mine.
