For individuals living with dementia and their carers, finding a supportive and engaging environment can make a significant difference. Our forget me not groups offer a dedicated space where those affected by dementia can come together, Our trained staff and volunteers provide support, information, guidance and stimulating activities.

With activities, games, guest speakers and a very warm welcome.
