Art in the Sunflowers

Saturday 9th August - Artists of all abilities and ages are invited to join us for a day of creativity amidst the Sunflowers – it does not matter if you, or your family, are regular outdoor/en plein air artists or not – painting and sketching outside is a wonderful way to spend a few hours in a unique location.

Working together with Dorset Sunflower Trail at Maiden Castle funds raised at this event will be donated to Dorchester County Hospital's Emergency and Critical Care Appeal so this event is a winning combination of both creativity and community.

There will be five competition categories – with £250 cash prize for the Experienced Artist category and £150 cash prize for the Enthusiasts Artist category and many more prizes including 17 and Unders.

The registration fees include entrance to the Sunflower Trail as well as entry into the Art in the Sunflowers painting competition.

Registration fees:-
’18 and over’ is £10
Age ‘5 to 17’ is £5.
