A morning of forest bathing : pausing with mid summer

An invitation to spend 2 and a half hours slowing down in the cool of the forest following the Japanese Practice of Shinrin Yoku (forest bathing). The process invites us to open our senses and explore what we find. And in doing so, allows us to soak up the healing properties of the trees and their environment. We end our session with a hot drink (tho home made elderflower cordial will also be on offer with such a warm forecast!) and a delicious home made bake 🙂
