Join Kara and Kristina this June in the Sunshine Coast for a soul-nourishing one-day retreat designed to help you pause, exhale, and reconnect.

Through group coaching, gentle movement, Qi Gong, and sound bathing, we’ll honour winter as a time to rest, reflect, and renew — all in the warmth of community, wholesome food, and mindful care.

This is an all-inclusive day — nourishing meals, herbal teas, and everything you need to feel held and restored. All you have to do is show up, and be ready to receive.
