Cascade Lake 4-H Camp
Logistics: From 5 PM until 8 PM.
Opening Ceremonies will be at 830pm, Lay On at 9pm.
Details:
This event will go from Friday at 4pm until 12pm Monday. 3 Day Event!
Players are allowed on site Friday at 4pm. Please do not arrive earlier than that.
Cabins will be provided for all campers. Each Cabin sleeps 13 people. Potential availability exists for tent camping if more space is needed. Please reach out to plot or staff if you intend to tent camp.
We are required by the Campsite to have an accurate number of attendees before the event, as well as any food allergies. Please list allergies on your prereg, or needs cannot be met.
Costs for game:
PC: $120
Cast/NPC: Free To Play at this site.
Costs for Food:
PC & Cast, Entire Event: $50.
Due to campsite policy, no one outside of kitchen staff is allowed in the campsite kitchens. A fridge and microwave are available for use outside of the kitchen area for those who bring their own meals.
Meal Times:
Friday Dinner 7pm
Saturday Breakfast at 9am, Lunch at 1pm, Dinner at 7pm.
Sunday Breakfast at 9am, Lunch at 1pm, Dinner at 7pm.
Monday Breakfast at 9am.
Bring snacks if you need to eat between these times!
