Our Yoga for Health Earth yoga classes are inclusive and cater to all levels of experience, providing a space for somatic awareness and easy-going flow. They are suitable for those looking to ground and find power and stability, making them a great choice for anyone interested in a balance and grounding.
4 week session is $35 or single drop in for $10
