Power Yoga is emPOWERing! It invites all students to find their inner power and uses the breath to guide each pose through a flowing vinyasa-style practice that incorporates standing postures, hip and shoulder-focused poses, back bends, forward folds and twists. This is an all-levels, well-rounded practice that infuses total-body strengthening with coordination, balance, mobility and flexibility. Modifications and variations will be given to suit every body. Themes, music, final relaxation and breathwork incorporated.
