Join this nurturing 'Mama With Me' - Postnatal Yoga class, designed to support your postpartum recovery while bonding with your baby in a welcoming and relaxing space.
It's yoga for YOU, but baby comes along with you so you can benefit from moving your body without the added stress of leaving your little one with someone else.
These classes create a wonderful community atmosphere that provide emotional and physical support. These sessions are friendly, fun and easy going classes taught in a safe and nurturing environment.
The class is created around gentle yoga stretches and postures that release those tense areas new mums have - tight and tense neck, shoulders and back especially. We also think about posture, and gently reconnect with your core and the pelvic floor to help strengthen these important areas. We end the class with a quiet relaxation time to nourish tired minds and bodies and allow you extra time to bond and snuggle with your baby.
What You'll Gain:

Who is it for?
This class is suitable for mums from 6 weeks postpartum (8-10 weeks post C-section) up to when your baby is mobile (12-15 Months). No prior yoga experience is needed!
When and Where:
Starts: Wednesday 18th June (5 consecutive weeks)
Time: 1:00pm - 2:00pm
Venue: The Wildflower Sanctuary, The Stables, High Melton, DN5 7SZ
All equipment that you need (Mama) is provided, however please bring a blanket for your baby, and any items that help keep you both comfortable.
Reconnect with your body, rebuild your strength, nurture your mind, and embrace this next phase of your journey. Whilst experiencing the joy of yoga with your little one.
