Butterfly Flutterby at the Chihuahuan Desert Nature Park

The Asombro Institute invites you to come celebrate all things butterflies during our annual Butterfly Flutterby! Visit booths around the Chihuahuan Desert Nature Park to participate in family-friendly activities and crafts, learn about role these important flying pollinators play in nature, and collect New Mexican butterfly species trading cards as you go. Visitors are encouraged to wear butterfly-themed attire, and make sure to bring plenty of water!

Join us Saturday, May 17 from 9 a.m. to noon at Asombro's Chihuahuan Desert Nature Park (56501 N Jornada Rd, Las Cruces, NM 88012). This event is free to the public but a suggested donation of $5 per person or $10 per family is welcome. Parking may be limited, so please bring your patience and willingness to walk.
