🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♀️ Club Training Sessions – All Levels Welcome!

Join us for a fantastic morning of training, open to beginners and experienced athletes alike. Choose a session that suits your level and goals!

💰 FREE for members | $5 for non-members (payable on arrival)
📅 Training Schedule:

☀️ 7:00 AM – Bike Sessions

Option 1: 60-minute beginner ride with Coach Steph

Option 2: 60-minute brisker group ride with Coach John, covering extra hills and loops

☀️ 8:15 AM – Run & Transition Skills

Option 1: 30-minute endurance & technique run with Coach John.

Option 2: Bike and transition skills session with Coach Steph

Junior Academy (Ages 5-11): A fun, skill-based run & bike session for our youngest athletes

🌊 9:00 AM – Ocean Swim 1 or 2km swim

📍 Meeting Point: Eimeo Surf Club

⚠️ Important Notes:

The $5 non-member fee helps cover our coaches' annual certification costs.

Our coaches are 100% volunteers—they give their time to help you improve!

Non-members train at their own risk—the club accepts no liability for injury or loss.
