Root Chakra workshop: Foraging + Mandala-Making

In this grounding workshop, we’ll explore the root chakra - our center of safety, stability, and belonging - through the mindful practice of foraging and nature mandala creation.

Take a slow walk through the woods, gathering leaves, petals, stones, and other natural materials. We’ll use what we collect to co-create individual or group mandalas - sacred circular art that mirrors the interconnectedness of life and helps us anchor into the present moment.

As we walk, touch, gather, and create, we’ll reconnect with Mother Gaia, balance the root chakra, and ground in to the deep wisdom of our bodies.

Event is a donation based, recommended $15, but pay what you can. Includes drink (ceremonial grade matcha, latte, chai or the like) and a boujee snack. 😌✨🦋

Max of 15 people. Adults only. Though I will host kiddo friendly workshops too.
