All materials will be provided. You’ll be guided through simple meditative drawing exercises that quiet the mind, melt away stress, and spark creativity. Leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and ready to share your handmade cards—and a bit more peace—with others this season.

Meditative Drawing is a way of drawing that lets us enjoy all the benefits of the practice without needing to “be good at it”—especially the meditative benefits. In this workshop, we’ll use simple techniques to help the mind shift from the busy surface layers of thought into a deeper meditative state—one that is calmer, more creative, quieter, and by nature, more enjoyable.
