Course 1

4 - two hour sessions $75

Wednesday’s- August 6, 13, 20, & 27; 6:00pm - 8:00pm

You will learn to make icing and fillings. Torte, fill, and ice a cake. Practice, basic icing star and round tip decorating techniques. We do not bake in class as we do not have ovens, however, we will provide simple, step-by-step instructions for you to bake your best cake at home.
