Forest Bathing Walk with Ephemeral Art

Immerse in the beauty of the natural world at magnificent Mueller State park through the wellness practice of Forest Bathing (from the Japanese, shinrin-yoku). Join Nature & Forest Therapy Guide Jane Scanlon of Above the Clouds Forest Bathing on this mindful wander with simple “invitations” to quiet your mind & awaken your senses with special time to play & create ephemeral woodland art. We will cover under 1 mile on a secluded ridge & close our time together with a tea ceremony using local plants with known health benefits.

Meet at Visitors Center patio.

Bring a sit pad if you’d like, water, snacks & small backpack. Dress in layers for the weather. Cancelled if thunderstorms . $10 per car charge without a State park pass. Walk offered free of charge as a gift to the community with donations requested to the Friends of Mueller State Park.
