Flow & Restore Yoga Series

This class begins with breath-led movement, a gentle flow to help you soften from your day and awaken the body from within. We then transition into the stillness of long-held restorative shapes or the deep rest of Yoga Nidra. This practice is a quiet journey inward — a blend of motion and rest, effort and ease — designed to replenish your body, soothe your nervous system, and leave you grounded in peace.

Cost: $90 for the 6 sessions or $17 drop-in
