Welcome Simeon King as he arrives in Moncton on his epic Cross-Canada bike ride!
Simeon has taken on a 7,500-kilometer cycling journey across Canada, from Victoria, BC, to Saint John’s, Newfoundland, with a goal to raise $100,000 for I Challenge Diabetes. Join instructor Mike LeBlanc for a 1 hour Karma Class - gentle, beginner-friendly yoga that focuses on empathy, giving back and creating good karma. A $10 donation is suggested.
