What would your life be like, if - in everything you did - you used only as much effort as needed and no more?
Come and find out - or continue exploring - how to move with greater freedom and ease.
This workshop is for everyone over 18: whether you're a musician, actor, storyteller, sports person, or perform other specialised activities; or whether you're interested in walking, talking, standing, sitting, or carrying out any other acts of daily life, with greater ease.
At this workshop you will explore the ideas and principles of the work of FM Alexander with three teachers. You will have the chance for some hands on interactions in activities of interest to you, so you can experience the ideas in action, in a fun learning environment. The workshop is suitable for all levels of experience.
Here's what some others have said about their experiences:
"An interesting (self) experience through fun learning with dedicated teachers" - Anna
