Reiki Level 1 is a beautiful invitation to reconnect with your own inner healing abilities. Over these two days, with a spacious 21-day integration period in between, you will learn how to give Reiki to yourself and others, explore the foundations of energy work, and receive your attunement to the Usui Reiki system.
