Worried about wake windows?
Stressed about self-settling?
Concerned about contact naps?
"Drowsy-but-awake" driving you crazy?
You are not alone!
There is SO MUCH information out there on infant sleep. It can often make us feel like we must be doing something wrong if our babies aren’t sleeping a set way, or worry that if you do / don’t do certain things you will harm their development, or they will NEVER EVER sleep independently. Social media is a minefield and the sleep consultant industry is unregulated. A lot of the advice around is out-of-date and contradicts what we know from current research around how normal infant sleep and brain development works. Fighting our biology can feel really difficult and stressful. It can feel as exhausting as the lack of sleep itself!
From the fourth trimester to the 'four month fussies', velcro babies and little sparklers with serious FOMO, in this workshop our Infant Sleep Practitioner (accredited OCN level 4) will guide you through how to work with your baby's biology it instead of against it, so you can optimise sleep as much as possible in the intense early months of their development. We hope you will feel empowered and confident to cut through the BS and make informed choices about how to navigate sleep in a way that works best for you and your baby.
