Mum and baby Yoga - 6 week term

Suitable for all new parents and from 6-8 weeks post natal.
A yoga class that benefits you and your baby!
Especially adapted for the early days, our focus is on building strength, soothing the nervous system (yours and your baby's) and re-establishing a core connection.
There is fun for baby too, with baby yoga games, rhymes and parents are able to adapt their yoga time to accommodate baby if they need to.
