Free Children's 4 Week Introduction to Martial Arts

We’re offering a completely FREE 4-week introductory martial arts course designed to help children aged 7–13 years build confidence, learn how to handle bullying, and step into school with self-belief and strength.

Whether they’ve experienced bullying, struggled with low confidence, or just need a positive outlet — this course can be truly transformative. We’ll teach:

Confidence-building
Conflict management
Basic self-defence
How to carry themselves with calm strength
📍 Didcot Leisure Centre, Mereland Road, Didcot, OX11 8AY
📅 Starts Wednesday 16th July | ⏰ 6:00pm – 6:45pm | Runs for 4 weeks
