🇿🇦 In Loving Memory of Philip 💙
08.06.2025
It’s with heavy hearts we say goodbye to our dear friend Philip — a true gentleman, a proud South African, and the ever-cheerful marshal at Hadden Hill Golf Club.
You’d often hear him from the buggy, calling out “Golf shot!” with that signature grin and warmth that made every round feel that little bit more special. Whether you were hacking through the rough or piping one down the middle, Phil was always there with encouragement, humour, and heart.
On July 20th, we’ll be taking on a 36 Half Marathon Challenge in his honour — 36 holes, 21km on foot, raising money to fight the disease that took him far too soon: prostate cancer.
This isn’t just for Phil — it’s for every man, every family, and every moment we don’t want to lose. If you’ve ever been touched by his kindness, shared a round with him, or simply smiled at the sound of “Golf shot!” drifting across the fairway… we’d love your support.

Let’s walk, run, and remember — for Phil.

Prostate cancer affects 1 in 8 men in the UK. That’s thousands of dads, brothers, partners, grandads, mates, sons and uncles. But it doesn’t have to be this way.
I’m going the distance in The Big Golf Race to raise money for lifesaving research that will find better tests to diagnose men sooner.
Your donation will help create a future where early diagnosis saves lives. Thank you for your support.
