Slow Flow & Sound: Hatha yoga flow + Rainstorm Sound Bath

Slow Flow & Sound begins with a 60 minute guided Hatha yoga flow. Followed by a restorative 30 minute Rainstorm Sound Bath.

Wild Elm Yoga will facilitate a gentle Hatha yoga flow. Hatha yoga involves breathwork and asanas (physical poses) that are practiced at a slower pace while holding more static postures. This style of yoga is accessible to everybody, from complete novice to advanced yogi.

Following yoga, you’ll be treated to a Rainstorm Sound Bath, facilitated by Energy Wellness. This sound journey includes a variety of sound healing instruments, including: Tibetan Singing Bowls, an ocean drum, chimes and shells.

Benefits can include: improved joint mobility, higher quality sleep, decreased pain, stress and anxiety, and enhanced emotional and mental well-being.
