Norse practices of Álfablót and Dísablót - honoring the dísir (female spirits of lineage), household offerings, and the ancestral mounds.
Shared threads between the traditions: offerings of food and drink, fire as a bridge, and ancestors as protectors.
How to create your own ancestor altar and bring these practices into your home.
A guided meditation to connect with your ancestors or ancestral guides.
This class is both educational and experiential, blending history, folklore, and hands-on spiritual practice. You’ll leave with:

A take-home Samhain ancestor rite.
