Spirit of India - Adventure Yoga Retreat

A unique experience to immerse yourself in the spiritual energy that IS India, the birthplace of the ancient wisdom that is Yoga

We will climb mountains and mindfully walk to waterfalls. Learn about the Tibetan people, their stories and resilience. If we are lucky we may learn from His Holiness the Dalai Lama.

Together we will expand our consciousness moment by moment.

We will share laughter, joy and delicious food.

Yoga - Most mornings will begin with 60 practice to get the body moving and the mind awake and ready for the day. In the afternoon we will practice a lighter yin class.

Meditation - Our meditation sessions will focus on teachings at Tushita Meditation Centre. You will be guided through various practices to connect inwardly. Morning sessions will be a mixture of silent and guided.
