Categories:

Mystic Hunt is an intellectually stimulating event designed to challenge the analytical and problem-solving abilities of participants.
Ideal for students who love a challenge, Mystic Hunt is more than just a competition. It is an immersive experience that celebrates curiosity, critical thinking.
This unique segment combines mystery, strategy and problem-solving to create an unforgettable experience.

Insights:
• Participants get the first math clue solving it correctly leads to the next clue.
• The chain continues until they reach the final “mystic treasure” (the last solution).
• Winners and runners-up will be recognized for their exceptional problem-solving skills.
• There will be prize money awarded to the winners.
• No mobile phones or calculators are allowed during the event.


🔺Solo segments —

1.Math Machine – (P,J,I)
Think you can calculate faster than a calculator? Then math machine is just for you! You’ll face a mix of questions that will really test how fast your brain can think. The faster you solve, the closer you get to proving that you’re not just good at math you’re a real Math Machine.

Insights:
• Single round.
• Each contestant will be provided with paper and pen strictly to write down the final answers no rough work will be allowed.
• Sharpens calculation speed and accuracy.
• Tests logical thinking and number sense.
• No mobile phones or calculators are allowed during the event.



2. Math Marathon – (P,I,J,S,HS)
The Math Marathon aims to ignite enthusiasm for problem-solving while creating a competitive yet collaborative atmosphere that motivates students to push beyond their limits. It is a intellectually stimulating event designed to test participants’ problem-solving stamina, logical reasoning, and mathematical creativity. Push your mental limits with an endurance test in calculation and strategy. Boost accuracy, speed, and analytical thinking.

Insights:
• Single round.
• Challenges participants to solve multiple problems over an extended period, improving focus and persistence.
• No mobile phones or calculators are allowed during the event.



3. Lighting Numbers – (J,I,S)
A fast-paced mathematical challenge designed to test speed, accuracy, and mental agility. Participants solve a rapid sequence of numerical problems against the clock. Emphasizes quick thinking, sharp calculation skills. Encourages healthy competition while building confidence and problem-solving efficiency.
Aims to spark excitement for mathematics and develop a quick, analytical mindset among participants.

• Tests instant mental agility with numbers.
• Improves quick decision-making and reflexes.
• No mobile phones or calculators are allowed during the event.



4. Soduku – (J,I,S,HS)
A fast-paced number challenge to test your sharpness. Participants will race against the clock to complete Sudoku puzzles of increasing difficulty. This isn’t just filling boxes: it’s pattern recognition, deduction, and calm under pressure. Whether you’re a Sudoku newbie who loves a challenge or a veteran who thrives on speed, this event promises excitement, bragging rights, and prizes for the fastest minds. Grids are prepared at different difficulty levels to engage both beginners and advanced solvers.

• Each participant receives the same set of puzzles and a clean answer sheet. No rough work allowed on the answer sheet.
• A fun way to practice logic-based problem solving.

5. History Hunt – (P,I,J,S,HS)
Behind every formula lies a story, and behind every theorem stands a great mind. It is a journey through the fascinating past of mathematics. If you love solving mysteries, if you enjoy unraveling stories hidden in equations, or if you want to test how much you really know about the world of mathematics – this is the event where history comes alive!
The History Hunt is perfect for anyone curious about the origins of ideas, fascinated by the lives of great thinkers.

• Single-round.
• Expands knowledge of mathematical history and discoveries.
• Connects students with the roots of modern mathematics.
• No mobile phones or calculators are allowed during the event.

6. Chess Flash – (J,I,S,HS)
Chess has always been called the "game of the mind," and in Chess Flash we’re adding the thrill of time pressure and the elegance of minimal moves. Just like solving a math puzzle, it’s about seeing patterns, predicting outcomes, and executing the smartest strategy with accuracy. The challenge is to prove how quickly you can corner your opponent into checkmate. The fewer moves you take, the brighter your flash of brilliance shines!

Insights:
• The competition will begin with preliminary knockout rounds.
• The matches will continue until a final champion is crowned from this segment.
• Winners from each round will advance step by step.
• Each match will have a time limit of 50 seconds.
• No mobile phones are allowed during the event.



🔴Team based:
Wall Magazine – (J,I,S,HS) [A team of 3 mates]
Wall Magazine is a team-based event that encourages collaboration, creativity, and mathematical thinking. Each team can include illustrations, diagrams, puzzles, and written explanations to make complex mathematical principles easier to understand and visually appealing.
This event emphasizes the importance of teamwork, as participants must plan, coordinate, and combine their individual strengths to produce a coherent and attractive presentation.

Insights:
• Participants are required to provide the names, roll numbers, group, and contact numbers of all team members on the back of their submission.
• The magazine should be mounted on a corksheet substructure.
• Teams with more or fewer than 3 members will be disqualified.

A solo event where participants explore and express mathematical ideas through well-crafted articles. Participants can write about mathematical discoveries, real-life applications, interesting theories.
