𝐍𝐃𝐌𝐂 is back with its one of the most highlighted events of all time ❝𝐖𝐄𝐌𝐒 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 – 𝐅𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐄𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧❞. This time a new surprise for the freshers is being added where they will not only be solving mathematical problems, but also be getting a chance to search for the hidden treasure.

Yes! This time we are launching 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐭 competition for all math enthusiasts. Ready to think outside the box?

𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞:
1. Math Olympiad (Find Based): September 24, 2025 (Wednesday), 12:00 PM to 12:50 PM.
2. Math Olympiad (Proof Based): October 11, 2025 (Saturday), 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
3. Treasure Hunt: October 11, 2025 (Saturday), 4:00 PM onwards.

𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐎𝐥𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐚𝐝:
This is a 2-round event, where the top achievers of Find-Based Round will get to qualify for the final Proof-Based Round.
𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐞𝐞:
a. For members BDT 20/-
b. For non-members BDT 50/-
𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐬:
𝐚. 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬: All participants will get to receive participation certificates.
𝐛. 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: The top achievers of the final round will get the exclusive opportunity to work in the Academic Department of Notre Dame Math Club.
𝐜. 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐎𝐥𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐚𝐝 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬: With the top 9 individuals, we will be forming our prestigious olympiad teams Team Pi, Team e and Team Phi respectively.

𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐑𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝
𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐎𝐥𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐚𝐝 (𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐝-𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝, 𝟓𝟎 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬)
Time: 12:00 – 12:50 p.m.
Date: Wednesday, 24 September 2025

This round will challenge participants with stimulating computational math problems, encouraging logical reasoning and a deeper interest in mathematics. The questions will be from Algebra, Geometry, Number Theory and Combinatorics.

𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
a. Calculators or any electronic devices are not allowed.
b. All answers must be integers.
c. Problems will follow the standard of the BDMO divisional round.
d. Questions will be provided in both English and Bangla.
e. The level of difficulty will increase gradually.

𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝
𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐎𝐥𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐚𝐝 (𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐟-𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝, 𝟑 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬)
Time: 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM
Date: Saturday, 11 October 2025

Participants who qualify from the first round will be eligible to join the second round. This stage emphasizes critical thinking and rigorous problem-solving in proof-based mathematics.
Contestants will explore elegant and challenging proofs that require creativity, depth, and originality—an event designed to engage sharp minds and inspire future mathematicians.

𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
a. Use of calculators or any other computing device is strictly
prohibited.
b. All the solutions will require rigorous proof.
c. Questions will be provided in both English and Bangla.
d. Questions will be set in increasing difficulty order.

𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐭
Registration: 150 taka per team (each team must have 3 members)
Prize Money: 3000 taka

𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
a. Each team must consist of three members.
b. Cross-group teams are allowed.
c. The winning team will receive the prize money along with crests and certificates.
d. Fair play is mandatory. Cheating is strictly prohibited, and all decisions made by the authority will be final and unquestionable.

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰?
1. Register at the offline registration booths in front of Ganguly Building from Sunday, September 21 to Wednesday, September 24.
2. Members are expected to carry the lower part of the club membership form on the event day.
3. On-spot registration will be available during the events.
6. No online registration is available.
7. Mobile phone is not allowed in any event, especially in Treasure Hunt.
8. All winners will receive the prizes during the 'Freshers' Reception' on 15th October 2025.
