দৌড়টি শুরু ও শেষ হবে ঐতিহাসিক লালবাগ কেল্লায়, যা ঢাকার অন্যতম গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ঐতিহ্যবাহী নিদর্শন। এটি শুধুমাত্র একটি দৌড় নয় — এটি পুরান ঢাকার ভ্রাতৃত্ব, ভালোবাসা ও ঐক্যের চিরন্তন চেতনাকে পুনর্জাগ্রত করার এক প্রয়াস।

"South Dhaka 5K Heritage Run: Lalbagh Fort Edition" is a community-focused running event designed to celebrate the cultural richness and enduring spirit of South Dhaka. Taking place on 29 November 2025, the event invites runners from across the city to experience the historic charm of old Dhaka while strengthening the bonds that unite its vibrant running community.

This 5K fun run embodies the shared vision of promoting fitness, friendship, and cultural pride.
The run will start and finish around the iconic Lalbagh Fort, one of Dhaka’s most significant heritage landmarks. Beyond fitness, the event aims to rekindle the timeless sense of unity, warmth, and togetherness that has long defined the heart of Old Dhaka.
