𝐆𝐄𝐍-𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍 𝟑.𝟎 is a structured training journey for newly onboarded members, focused on entrepreneurial thinking, leadership communication, and personal branding to accelerate real-world readiness. The initiative builds on 𝐃𝐔𝐄𝐃𝐂’s proven track record of bootcamps, pitches, and mentorship to nurture capable founders and changemakers on campus.
Building upon the success of previous editions, 𝐆𝐄𝐍-𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍 𝟑.𝟎 introduces an enhanced structure that blends learning, competition, and collaboration—giving participants a real taste of teamwork and leadership within their respective wings.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭

Spanning five dynamic online sessions, 𝐆𝐄𝐍-𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍 𝟑.𝟎 will focus on the club’s five core wings—HR & Finance, Content & Publication, IT & Design, Event & Logistics, Communication & PR. Each session will be conducted by seasoned experts and experienced mentors, offering valuable insights, hands-on learning, and practical applications specific to each domain. Alongside the online sessions, members will take part in an individual competition within their respective wings where the Top 3 performers will rise as champions of their fields.
But the journey doesn’t end there! The selected teams from each wing will face off in an exciting offline finale, putting their creativity, strategic thinking, and teamwork to the ultimate test.
