Greetings from Tejgaon BCSM! We are very glad that our annual sports is coming in just a few days. Some important information and regulations are given below. ✌️📢
Registration fee --
1. For Participants = 180tk only
2. For visitors = 100tk only
**We'll all gather in front of Bank er goli by 7:00 am sharp. We'll take everyone to the venue on our own account. If anyone comes after 7:00 am , they'll be asked to go to the venue by themselves and if anyone wants to go by themselves, they're welcomed to do so. If anyone has any confusion about the reporting location they can contact with the people below -

Rules and regulations-
1. This event is open for BCSM members only. No outsiders will be allowed to participate in the games.
2. Participants or members may bring their family members, friends or acquaintances as visitors. But they also need to give registration fee.
3. People who'll bring visitors should be very wary of their actions. Any sort of inappropriate behaviours or acts should be strictly prohibited.
4. Participants must register before attending the games.
5. Players, both girls and boys should bring their own kits, medical kits and necessary equipments for the game. We'll provide enough water.
6. Wearing turfs or playing barefooted are allowed. We suggest not to wear boots for the safety of the players and field.
7. Smoking isn't allowed in the venue, so be very aware of not to do so!!
8. In case of any conflict or misconduct, the committee's decision will be regarded as the final one.
*** We request everyone to maintain the rules and regulations above to successfully arrange. If anyone face any problem or confusion, they're requested to contact us as soon as possible.
**** We strongly suggest the participants to bring parents or guardians necessary or not, so that they can get to know of our activities and work capacity. And also enjoy the games with us.
All former members, senior members, current members participating or not, are requested to join us on the day and make it a successful one! One of it's major success depends on your participation and involvement in the program. So we ask everyone on this day to join us and show your support for Tejgaon BCSM unit. ✊🏼✊🏼
