Shifting with the Seasons: Easing into Fall with Ayurveda

Join Susan Whitmarsh, Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher, and Ayurvedic Bodywork Therapist as we learn to navigate the transition into Autumn by embracing ancient, time-tested Ayurvedic practices that bring ease, vitality and greater balance to your life. We'll learn about the guiding principles of Ayurveda - India's original health system and yoga's 'sister science' - and focus on daily and seasonal rituals that help us adapt to the change in our environment, which, in turn, impacts our bodies and minds.

This will be a rich and nourishing learning experience that will include experiential self-care techniques, a little movement, and an ayurvedic beverage to share. Your optimal wellness is within reach, and what's more, it's in YOUR hands!
