💪 F3 The Ridge Launch – THIS SATURDAY! 💪
Men of Dexter and the surrounding areas — it’s time to step up and be part of something bigger. We’re excited to announce the official launch of F3 The Ridge!
📍 Location: Dexter High School Football Field
🕕 Launch Workout: Saturday, November 8th at 6:00 AM
☕ Coffee & Fellowship immediately following the workout
After the launch, The Ridge will meet every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00 AM — same place, same mission: to invigorate male community leadership through Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith.
No sign-ups. No fees. Open to all men of all fitness levels. Whether you’re an athlete, a beginner, or somewhere in between, you’ll find a group of brothers ready to push, support, and grow with you.
