Just like love and marriage, truffles and wine from Piedmont go together like a horse and carriage. We welcome you to join us for the second year of a celebration of wonders of Piedmont. The time is now for us to show our love for life through food, wine and good company. If Alba in Italy has been blessed with the greatest white truffles in the world, and if they faithfully arrive every winter with their fragrant, rarefied allure, who are we to say we should hold off? In that spirit, we welcome you to truffle season. And for one night only we are pairing a five-course dinner with one of the most prized, iconic wineries in Piedmont: Fratelli Serio & Battista Borgogno. Come. Enjoy yourself. Enjoy friends. White truffles. Black truffles. Good food. Good wine. And remember why wine from Piedmont and truffles go so well together: We like to think, as Sinatra sang, you can’t have one without the other.
