Join us for the next PMHC event – an opportunity to connect, learn, and share ideas with others. The event will feature speakers from local charities and organisations, along with a speed networking session aimed at exploring how we can work together to support mental health and wellbeing in our communities.
It’s a chance to collaborate, exchange knowledge, and strengthen efforts toward a healthier future for everyone. The Plymouth Mental Health Collective is a branch of the Trauma Informed Plymouth Network.
