A half-day retreat to experience the most wonderful Yoga practices and learn to release the natural, joyful sound that is your unique energy frequency signature.

Toning, Harmony, and Song are guided by Satyamo, who understands the Anatomy of Voice and how vibrational toning supports the nervous system, and uplifts the Spirit.

With guidance from Gemma to create freedom in the body, mind and spirit through Yoga Asana (movement & posture), Intuitive Flow (dance), Pranayam (breathwork), assisting Satyamo with Meditation (guided imagery) and Nada Yoga (the Yoga of sound).

Included is light lunch and refreshments. All equipment provided though feel free to BYO cushion, blanket, bolster and a water bottle.

It will be a wonderful celebration of light-hearted exploration, joyful expression, and fun!
