Our Chef has crafted a great menu for you, and you have the option of two courses or three, with a glass of Tasmanian bubbles on arrival.

Two course $46 (main and dessert)
Three course $59

There will also be a kids menu available on the day.

Entrée
• Tasmanian pacific oysters (3), with prosecco mignonette
• Braised Tasmanian lamb rib, polenta, with salsa verde

Main
• Blue eye trevalla, macadamia crumb, herb butter potatoes, grilled asparagus, and lemon beurre blanc
• Chicken breast, sage and prosciutto, roast garlic mash potatoes, sauteed baby spinach, and white wine butter sauce

Dessert
• Silky dark chocolate tart, honeycomb, fresh raspberries, and chantilly cream
• Zesty citrus tart, candied lemon, and chantilly cream
