Kids Gong Relaxation Session (all ages welcome)

This gong session is designed just for kids and is suitable for all ages. Bring your young ones to enjoy the Gongs, Singing Bowls, and Chimes.

The session will be shorter and allows for kids to be themselves - I understand that staying still and quiet might be challenging, and that's perfectly fine. Children often gain the benefits even if relaxing fully is tough.

You're welcome to bring a favourite teddy or blanket to create a cozy atmosphere. Children under 2 can join for free if they share a mat with a parent or sibling.

We'll kick off with a mindfulness activity created for kids, then transition into the gong session.
