Evening Gong Session - 'Edge of Light'

This evening session invites you to pause at the threshold where day dissolves into night, the week dissolves into the weekend and winter's shadow has given way to the brightness of spring.

Through the resonance of the gongs, we will let go of the stress, noise and tension and move into deep rest.
This session will draw attention to aligning with Spring's invitation to open, expand and begin again.

This will be an opportunity to honour transition - from busyness into spaciousness - and step graciously into the edge of light.

Come as you are, leave refreshed, lighter and ready to receive the gifts of Spring and Summer.

Includes short meditation, gong relaxation session, supper
