After graduating from NIDA, Hugh starred as Ben Rafter in the acclaimed family drama Packed to the Rafters, earning three Silver Logie Awards for Most Popular Actor. He also appeared in Channel 7’s Never Tear Us Apart – The Untold Story of INXS and was a fan favourite as “Rooster” on The Masked Singer Season 4.

Beyond acting, Hugh has pursued music through stage productions like Tick Tick Boom and by founding The California Crooners Club, which had a Las Vegas residency and international performances. His debut jazz album Something Big reached #2 on the ARIA Jazz charts.
