Relax with the sounds of the symphonic gongs as the vibrations move through the body to release stress and tension. Sound therapy not only helps to relax the mind but also stimulates different brainwave patterns that are similar to a deep state of meditation. This allows for processing of sub-conscious stresses, emotions and thought patterns.
The sounds of the gongs and Tibetan Healing Bowls provide the opportune to time to wind down and give yourself some needed self care.

Comfortable mats, blankets, cushions and eye pillows are provided.
