FREE Devonport Women's Creative Wellbeing Workshops

Join us for a joyful and empowering 8-week workshop series at:

📍 Mountwise Neighbourhood Centre,75 Clowance St, Devonport, Plymouth PL1 4LQ
🗓 Every Wednesday from 7th January | 10am – 1pm

Delivered in collaboration with Wellbeing Workshops Devon CIC, Art, Craft and Laughter CIC, and Confidence Makers CIC, this series blends coaching, positive psychology, practical art and craft, and dress-for-confidence activities to support women’s wellbeing, self-esteem, and social connection 💕

Together, we’ll explore:
🎨 Creative crafts like watercolour painting, collage, jewellery making, and mixed-media projects to spark self-expression
🧠 Psychoeducation and coaching topics such as building confidence, embracing authenticity, managing self-doubt, and developing a positive mindset
👗 Dress-for-confidence sessions to discover what clothes help us feel authentic and empowered

💬 Warm, social conversations and shared laughter in a supportive space

Whether you’re looking to boost confidence, learn new skills, or simply take some time for yourself, these sessions are a chance to create, connect, and grow 🌿

These workshops are designed to support wellbeing and personal growth through coaching, psychoeducation, and creative activities. They are not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or medical treatment, and participation is at each individual’s own discretion and responsibility.

This series is open to all women, including cisgender women and those who now identify as women 🌈
