Trudy is a nehiyaw iskwew with roots from Sucker Creek/Driftpile, however, she and her family have called Edmonton home for 25 plus years now.
She lives her life with Indigenous traditional teachings and culture and has made it her life work to pass those teachings on to others in order to preserve and grow her community. She embodies "all my relations" as she is welcoming, inclusive, and holds safe space for all.
Trudy is a talented and skilled craftsperson. She has a creative way in her connections with others and always strives to help our people connect with Mother Earth, live in balance, and be the best version of themselves.
