Opportunity for personalised needs to be openly discussed and explored.
Yoga, breathing, meditation, movement and deep relaxation practices. Practices will be inside and outside in nature! There will also be time to relax, chat, read, or take a walk!
Drawing on the ancient wisdom of both Yoga (asana, pranayama, meditation and yoga nidra etc) and Ayurveda (seasonality, cyclical living and doshas etc), together with evidence based movement practices informed by modern science.
The day will explore specific women's needs, health and lifestyle issues can be explored whether that be Peri/Post Menopause, Pelvic health, Osteoarthritis, Gut health, Anxiety, Allergies, Fatigue or Muscular/Joint issues etc!!!
